Skating and laughter is what is in store on the different skating rinks set up around the city for the festive season: on the forecourt of the Hôtel de Ville, on the Tour Eiffel and on the Champs-Elysées. Skaters can take over the skating rinks for frosted fun. Merry-go-rounds and other fairground rides have been set up around the capital, the Big Wheel at Concorde and the fairground attractions at the Grand Palais are also sure to pull in the crowds.

Festive flavours and aromas are filling the capital’s tables where fois gras, oysters, seafood and iced logs will be served to the delight of food lovers who should also not miss the many Christmas markets in the city, where regional specialities and mulled wine vie with the crafts stands.
